Higher Ed Report - normed, designed and priced for undergraduate students ($400 with debrief; discounts available)
Workplace Report - normed for supervised staff or self-employed ($500 with debrief)
Leadership report - normed for high performing leaders ($600 with debrief)
Group Report - normed for teams - yes teams can have a collective EI! ($4,000 with debrief; 5 or less team members)
EQ-i 360
A powerful choice for true feedback and a more accurate reflection of your EI. In this assessment, you assess yourself and have your peers, supervisors and subordinates assess you as well. The feedback is aggregated and anonymous. If you really want the most comprehensive analysis of your current EI skills, this is the assessment for you ($1,000 or $1,100 with debrief workplace and leadership reports respectively).

Starting a business? Working for a start-up or small company? Trying to innovate in a corporation? This assessment helps you understand your tendencies toward effective entrepreneur behaviors. You can assess if entrepreneurship is for you or where you need to improve to have the best chance of success ($400 with debrief).
